Founder, Aela
I have spent close to a decade embedded inside some of Ireland's most ambitious scaling companies — working across every stage of growth from early team builds through to significant exits and international scale.
Across that journey I have hired and onboarded hundreds of people, built multiple high performance cultures, designed and delivered numerous restructures, and driven engagement scores that consistently ranked best in class.
Most recently I served as Head of People and Talent Globally at a $105M Series A legal AI company — responsible for hundreds of people across Ireland, the UK, India, and the US.
I started Aela because the work I love most is what comes before all of that. The building. The scaling. The moment a founder realises the people side of the business needs to be as strong as everything else they are building.
